Studio:
Capacity: Up to 30 people (20 is optimal)
Includes: Work tables, chairs (up to 20), kitchenette (hot plates, refrigerator, sink)
Price: $300 per day (8 hrs) OR $200 half day (4 hrs or less)
Additional Amenities:
Heated space (no AC, but overhead fans)
Kitchenette with teapot, cups, bowls, plates, utensils
Outdoor deck and small lawn
Parking for up to 15 cars, additional parking at a nearby park

📝 Rental Agreement
We believe in creating clear expectations for both parties. Please review and sign our Studio Rental Agreement (PDF) before booking. The agreement covers rental fees, usage terms, cleaning responsibilities, and other important details to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
